MGBC_Session_1

This will be the first session we start as a group.
I would like to think of this as just a test session.
We should just have fun and try to get the ball rolling with our characters!
So let's have fun!

A young looking girl, maybe 12-14 years of age walked down the hall to lead the new students to their specific dorms. She brushed her dark blue, bob cut hair back before pausing in front of several rows of doors not very deep into the lower west hallway. She looked to the students, and in an almost robotic and monotone way spoke "Hello, these are the student dorms... You will each be consecutively located in the rooms of the thirties. One of your new roommates, Miku, will be in room thirty." She looked to the students pointing to them individually. "Ok... Abby is 31, Rylie is 32, Kagami is 33, Loruth...." she paused as if concerned whether or not she pronounced the last name correctly then shook her head, "room 34, and Ellie will be room 35..." she looked in to the crowd wondering if she forgot anyone. "Oh and Jack will be in 36... That's going to get confusing quickly..." she mumbled before quickly handing everyone that had made it a folded paper with a scribbled picture on it. "Here is a map of the school for everyone...and your keys... Your rooms have been modifed to perfectly suit your taste. Each room has a bed, a dresser, a night stand a closet and a small bathroom. You will all be in classroom C-1; class starts at 8 in the morning. You will get the rest of your schedules from your instructor. You won't have to switch classrooms like in American schools, your teacher will switch for you unless you're moving to a training ground or out in the garden for whatever reason... Hope you have fun." she spoke as if she had repeated this message multiple times within the day before slowly walking off down the hall, then paused, "if you have any more questions or concerns about your dorms, please let the headmistress know... She is in room 2 and I will be in room 8 if you are not able to reach her..." she sighed before giving a final wave and continuing down the long hallway.

The bluenette pulled down her headphones to the slight mention of her name, Abby. She looked at the young girl walking away, then turned to her room pulling in two large suitcases; one for clothes and the other for... well... everything.. else. The girl was of average height and 15-17 years of age. Abby kicked the side of the bed to test the sturdiness with her black combat boot. "Heh," she mumbled. "Cool."
She plopped on the bed taking in the freshness of the sheets, releasing a heavy sigh. She wore long black and pink stockings under tiny brown jean shorts and her midnight hair was done up in two buns with a few loose hairs around the hairbands. She looked down at her green T-shirt with the logo of her favorite band, god she missed them in concert, blowing her pink, dyed bangs out of her face.
After a few moments she jumped off the bed and straight on the floor to her suitcase full of her miscellaneous. Pulling stuffed pandas of various shapes and sizes, plus shades of white.. placing each of them on the dresser and her favorite on the nightstand next to a picture of her and her family. She then continued to cake her walls with posters of each of her favorite bands and a few dreamcatchers. Hanging beads in the closet and bathroom doorways, and made her bed of lime green, hot pink, purple, peacock blue bedding as such as well accompanied by more pandas. "I think I might like it here," she finally breathed with once again plopping on her ready made bed.

As the women finished her explanation a young girl by the name of Kagami with long messy and unkept purple hair, somewhat ragged cloths, and a hand held game system looked up from her now paused game as if this was the first time she was taking notice of the people around her and what had just been told to her. She looked at the key and the paper she had taken automatically. It took her a moment to fully realize what had just been told to her and after nearly going into the wrong room twice she remembered she was told her room was room 33. Unpausing her game she continued to play as she walked in and gently set down her bags, and their precious gaming cargo, on the bed. The room she entered into wasn't the largest room she had ever seen, but it was by no means the smallest. She paused her game yet again to survey the room. Like the girl had said it certainly was modified to suit her tastes. It had clearly been designed with a gamer's mindset at the forefront. The essentials like the dresser and bed were off to the side so the main bulk of the room was taken up by high end saucer chairs, a large tv, speakers, a large shelf for holding games, and a rather expensive looking computer. It wasn't the most elaborate set up, especially compared to how Kagami had seen some other girls rooms in the past. Its was simple. Just how she liked it.

The small girl watches the instructor and nods to each word she says. The girl nods at her name, "Rylie's room... Room 32..." she mentions to herself eyeing the mentioned place. Rylie waits patiently in her black poofy sweat pants and her yellow long sleeve under armor. Rylie has a green army hat on her head with a metal symbol on the front. Her short fluffly ash gray hair attempts to break free from her hat. Once the introduction is complete the small girl of 11 cheerily walks to her room number 32. Opens the door and strolls in. "Wow!" She exclaims as her light blue eyes observing the room. The walls are a soft tie dye pattern with the colors, white, yellow, sky blue, army green, red, and silver. The bed is backed into a corner facing the door with camouflage bedding. Littered around the bed are mounds of stuffed animals. They appear as if they had exploded from the bed somehow. A section of the room has a rug with a large number of blankets layered across the designated area. Paper and art supplies are neatly stacked and sorted in the area. A chest of drawers sits next to five shelves that are arranged vertically. Each shelf is lined with a color specific cloth. "First things first... Set up time!" Rylie exclaims as she digs around her bags to find the treasured trinkets.

Rylie steps back from the shelves after arranging them. "OKAY! Don't it look nice Trice?"
"..."
"Trice?" Rylie turns to the mountain of stuffed animals. "Trice? Where'd ya go?" Rylie digs around in the stuffed animal mounds. Digging she finds a cat sized creature that has the body of a chicken, tail of a dragon, with a serpentine face with two large eyes and a beak mouth. The body is covered in down like feathers that fade to scales down his tail. The scales under it's plumage are white with indigo, red, and gray markings. It's feathers are a mix between gray with accents of white. "Trice! You sleepy buddy! I need you'r opinion!" Rylie exclaims to her friend. The small creature blinks, "Five more minutes..." Trice complains.

Rylie puffs her cheeks, "Trice I need you..." She wines. Rylie holds Trice in her arms and hugs him. "C'mon... We gots friends to go meets!" She pauses for a moment. "Room 32... Rylie's room... I got it!" Rylie runs to the organized area of blankets and pulls out some paint supplies. Trice now set free sits on her shoulder as she works. "So... what is the plan?" Trice questions.

"Hehe you'll see!" Rylie giggles as she goes to the front of the door with her paint and brush. She paints the words, "Rylie's room. Room 32. Please knock. Thank you!" on the front of the door with green paint. Rylie nods. "It looks good.". Rylie looks around the hallway.

As he finally noticed the paper the teacher handed him, Jack, the tall boy looked around the halls and headed towards his room. As he pulls up his scarf and pushes his top hat back he looks for room 36, finally walking into the door with an absent minded demeanor.
He brushed his messy jet black hair out of his face and opened the door to his room. As he walks in he breathes in deep taking in the smell of his new room.

"Glad they room matches." He mentions.

The room looked as if it hadn't been touched yet everything was in there like it was just moved in. His dark oak wood dresser sat across from his bed which looked as if it was a giant pin cushion. He flops onto his bed and sighs with an air of content and pleasure.

"It's better than sleeping on old chairs and beds" he laughs as he cuddles with his cat plushie that he pulled from his hat.

His room looked nice and welcoming. He looks at the empty wall and decides to get posters at a later time and thinks of how he can fill his room, he starts unpacking and brings out his tea sets, his spoons, his blankets and pillows, a hat stand and a deck of cards, a lucky rabbits foot and his clothes. A computer he "borrowed" a console he bought and some games with a TV. And most of his plushies including a white rabbit, a brown hare, a mouse, a dragon, and red heart.

"Perfect! I have everything ready and now it's all cozy here!" He says in cheerful delight.

He looks to his closest and plans for his next move of action. "I'm sure I'll be able to hide what I need in there of all the treasures I'll find heh."

"I don't like the feel of anyone here," Loruth thought. Gathering multiple people with powers in one central location was a terrible idea. If someone got angry and wanted revenge, they could easily find and kill whomever they felt like and cause mass destruction before anyone else could react. "I guess I should keep my cool, huh Ty?" he thought as he looked at the floating Berver. "Pun intended." He looked around the room and noticed it was a nice 95 degrees Fahrenheit, comfortable enough to where he could take off the ridiculous amount of clothing he normally had to wear. He hated some of the drawbacks of his power, especially since it always reminded him of his powerlessness when his parents bled out and froze to death in front of him. He shook his head, trying to get rid of the image, and gazed again around the room. It was a nice pale blue, with everything facing the center and at least one furniture item on each wall. "Equality and symmetry, at least, as best they could do with the items provided. Nice," he thought as he set all but his cooler bag down on the floor. He laid down, closed his eyes, and began to nap.

Everyone before her seemed to systematically shuffle into their rooms with complete confidence. At least, that's what it seemed like to Cobalt. Moving into new places was always difficult for her. She clutched the key firmly against her chest as she looked up and down the hallway. After a brief moment of lingering, she had finally decided to enter her designated room.

The interior was surprisingly relaxing. The room was already furnished with a bed, couch, dresser, and coffee table. Once relaxed, Cobalt began going through the motions of setting up her space. Once her bags were unpacked, she pulled out a portion of a newspaper from her jacket pocket and tore it into strips, placing them into a bowl. Then she reached into her opposite jacket pocket and placed a small mouse into it.

"Hello, Mousqueton. Are you comfortable?" Cobalt asked, sticking her nose over the rim of the bowl. The mouse didn't reply, but instead shuffled around in the paper. Cobalt sighed, looking over to herself in the mirror placed onto her dresser. She is five foot seven inches, seventeen years old, has pale blue hair, hazel eyes, and fair skin. She wore a white overcoat with a lavender scarf and undershirt.

Cobalt sighed as she took out a metronome from her bag, opened up her case, and pulled out a violin. She took off her overcoat and placed it onto the bed, where she was sitting. The violin was tuned and the bow set. Her music slipped into the air. Soft at first, but grew to a strong sound that reverberated the walls.

Rylie looked around. "Huh... Where is everyone?" Trice closed the door and flew back to Rylie.

"Probably working on their rooms Rye..." Trice answered as he curled up on Rylie's head. "Mmmm...." Rylie thought for a moment. "Who should we say hi to first?" Rylie dug out the map from her pocket. A strange sound broke Rylie's concentration. "Huh..." She followed the sound to Cobalt's room. Rylie took a deep breath and knocked on the door gently. "Hello?"

*Knock-knock* The sound of music abruptly died out. Cobalt set down the violin and bow on the bed. There was a brief moment where she stood, facing the door, and waited for a letter or message to be slid through the door frame. Even Mousqueton had its head lifted up over the rim of his bowl, facing the door.

*Knock-knock* Once again, Cobalt moved toward the door. This time, she turned the door handle and gently opened up the door. To her surprise, a little girl was standing at the door, who could easily be half her height. Cobalt tugged at her scarf and stepped off to the side.

"I'm sorry, was I being too loud? I'll stop for now."

Rylie stared at Cobalt for a moment. "Wow she is so pretty..." She was pulled out of her thought," Oh! S-sorry! Don't stop playing! Your music is gorgeous! I just..." Rylie laughed nervously, "Wanted to say hi? Haha... No one else is out to talk to so um... hi!" Rylie offered her hand," Name's Rylie, what's yours?"

Abby looked up from her journal as she seemed to hear muffled voices through her headphones. Slowly, she closed the journal and placed it down beside her, the bluenette slid from her bed as she pulled the headphones down around her neck. She made her way towards her door to hear more clearly what was possibly going on in the halls. The mingling of two unfamiliar voices made her lose interest though, thinking it was possibly something interesting or she'd like to explore.  

She had felt like she just intruded on their conversation and backed away from the door. Embarrassed yet also disappointed it was nothing exciting, she felt like she should just stay put, but then there was the boredom of being in the room this whole time. With a heavy exaggerated sigh, she grabbed her keys, slipped on her panda slippers, and decided to explore the premises.

Abby left her room after locking the door and made her way through the hallways, maybe.. just maybe.. she could find a snack or something in this place. "Geez," she rubbed her stomach.

A small, 10 or so,  looking girl peeked out her doorway at the dark hallway. She smiled giddily at the sudden notice of new students entering the dorm area and waited for everyone to be settled before taking the chance to transform into her beautiful 15 year old looking self, with bright blue to midnight blue hair and in a blue lolita styled dress with stars scattered about the skirting as well as on her stalkings. The elegant young lady had then decided to make acquaintances with the girls and boys. She was new herself there but didn't expect so many students to enroll all at once and suddenly become her neighbors. She gave a slight smile and bit her lip before walking into the hallway to meet with the children, only to see the one girl standing outside by herself. "Oh... Hello." she spoke, attempting to sound calm and confident. "My name is SweetDream", she spoke softly now, still trying to keep the up the illusion of confidence, when her familiar, a light blue wolf like creature with blank round light yellow eyes flittered about her neck, resting about her like a scarf and trailing what appeared to be a puff of smoke behind her. It had no legs and only two small stubby arms which it used to stay purched on her shoulder as she failed to introduce herself.

The girl wandered the halls until she ended up back at her dorm. "Did we get a map of this place?!"

Abby looked around the halls again, "Where do you go if you just want a small snack?" She asked out loud for anyone to answer.

"Uhh... thanks." Cobalt blushed at the compliment. The blush quickly disappeared when Rylie introduced herself and extended her hand to shake. "Cobalt." She replied, returning the handshake. "We weren't expecting visitors this early of arriving, so I haven't gotten everything in place yet." In Cobalt's impression, Rylie was a little kid who must have lived in the dorms. Perhaps she just wanted to see who was going to live nearby?

As the conversation went on, Mousqueton had become restless. He shifted around until eventually his bowl toppled over. "Mou! Are you alright?" Cobalt frantically swept up the mouse, his bowl, and all of the newspaper strips in a single motion and placed them back onto the coffee table. "I'm sorry Rylie. Mousqueton gets into trouble when he's bored.

Before she had a chance to recover, someone had announced herself out in the hallway. Cobalt sighed to herself.

Rylie had smiled, "It's nice to meet you Cobalt!".

She was enjoying Cobalt's company until she heard a small thud. At Cobalt's movements and explanation Rylie had nodded, "It's okay! My friend Trice tends to pluck up my stuffed animals from time to time too! Is... Mou a mouse or a rat? May I see them?!" Rylie smiled to her new friend and became excited about the new animal. Or magic friend? Rylie had been unsure about which.

At the introduction Rylie turned to have a look. The larger fifteen year old girl had caught Rylie's attention. Trice had his eyes glued to the newcomer from their first steps in the hallway. He had shifted slightly when Rylie turned.

"Oh... Uh... Hello! SweetDream was it?" She had replied with a smile, "It's nice to meet you too! I'm Rylie!" Her attention was drawn to the small fox like thing. "Uh..." Rylie stared at the fox like creature in bafflement. "How did you get your partner to be so... chill? What is it?" Rylie had questioned.

Another voice rang in the hallway. Broken from concentration again Rylie had shot her gaze around. "Oh!" Her voice was raised to a louder volume in attempts to match the other, " Uh yha!!! I don't know where snacks are but just follow my voice and maybe we can help you!" Rylie had placed her hand around her mouth to help emphasize her words in the general direction of the newcomer. Trice had rolled his eyes to this, "Rylie, volume control. It's rude to yell in a hallway full of people trying to sleep..."'

She heard the voice and followed straight towards the small voice. One of her buns shuffled and then a squrriel like tail popped out followed by small panda like creature. It flew in front of her head, shaking it head then hid in her pink bangs, "It's okay, Lily.."

The little fluffy creature zipped back into her bun; it was a really cute creature. Abby sighed at the poor thing, but continued towards the small group, "Hey."

Kagami was keeping herself happy within her room. She had changed into a comfortable pair of paiamas and had plugged in a game to play. As she leaned back in her chair, hands flashing and eyes darting across the screen, something crawled in through the window. It looked around for a moment before its eyes fell on the Kagami. It moved across the floor quickly and then jumped up into Kagami's lap. Kagami didn't show any surprise at the newcomer. She paused her game and looked down at what had jumped into her lap. It was a overly long weasel with a slight green tinge to it's fur.
    "Oh there you are Garland. Where have you been?" She asked.
    Garland's only answer was to yawn and curl up in her lap.
    Kagami smiled and gave the the ramidreju a pat on the head before she unpaused her game and continued to play it.

The short blue haired girl suddenly stepped out of her room, slamming the door open in front of the girls. "Curfew was an hour ago" she spoke sternly, "Go to bed!" she shouted before giving the door another slam.
Miku's face was flushed, she felt embarrassed, apologetic and "in trouble" which was one of the worst feelings...
Before she could control them, her partner split off into their separate forms: one a white rabbit-like creature that hopped away from the scene, the second remaining onto Miku's shoulder, a large, gruesome, black wolf-like creature with glowing yellow eyes and sharp looking teeth.
"mm...." she didn't want to have nightmares tonight... she thought as she watched longingly where the bunny-like creature ran off, trying not to make eye contact with the wolf that had now hung over her shoulder. It continued to stare at her menacingly... "I-I guess... um... it's time to go to bed huh?" She whispered now, so to not disturb anyone else in their rooms trying to sleep. The darkness of the hallway seemed to stretch further, almost crawling toward the girls near by.
She looked the other direction and began to head into the room, so as to hopefully dissipate the darkness and change back before
any nightmares could spread to anyone else.

Rana gave a sigh... as she headed back to bed, anticipating that tomorrow would be a long day...

A young boy with red hair, a green t-shirt, jeans struggles as he pulls two large suitcases down the hall while a heavy backpack weighs him down.

"Wait! Where am I supposed to sleep?"
