Dark snaps his fingers, and they were instantly at his house, right outside the front door.

Definitely surprised by what just happened, he visibly jumped/flinched.

Stumbling a bit due to the whole house changing, once everything was done, he just stared around in amazement.
"One second." He ran out of his now much larger room and into the rest of the house.
It took him a full few minutes to just skim over all the rooms, before coming back here.
"Jesus, this is AMAZING! I would kill for a house like this!"

Then look at himself.
Then blink some more.
